This training has already become a classic among rocketeers in Europe, this time has a twist that invites many new teachers and high-level teachers to awaken passion and learn new and alternative pieces, rewarding true rocketeers.

50 HOURS WITH DAVID KYLE IN BARCELONA IS AN AUTHENTIC ASSET IN YOUR YOGA JOURNEY AS A TEACHER

We will cover the sequences of Rocket I, Rocket II, and Rocket III. These series were developed so that practitioners have access to the advanced Ashtanga Yoga positions of the 2nd, 3rd and 4th series. 

The vast majority of this training is focused on increasing the student's ability to fulfill the positions in the series through the valuable empowerment techniques and drills offered by David's teachings.

Whether you’re perfecting or refining advanced postures, this training offers tools for you to improve your teaching skills and personal practice.

EARLY BIRD UNTIL FEB 28TH

For certification: 

200-hour certification or one that can prove minimum teaching experience and training background.

1 year teaching experience is suggested

You must also have practiced Rocket® Yoga and/or Ashtanga Yoga with a local mentor (when not available, please specify), you can find where Ana Pau teachers in Barcelona.
