The Shala in Houston
We are two women, one from South Africa, one from Mexico, both with a passion to share the practice of yoga as a means of being in exploration with one’s self.
As life goes we happened to meet in Houston during the pandemic, enthusiastically shared our love for yoga and found spaces wherever we could to practice together.
Our intention is to create a space where traditional and explorative practice can be in dialogue with each other. We believe both these practices have very meaningful insights to pass on.
