Physical Practices:

• Baby Rocket® Hybrids- Introduction to The Rocket® Standing Series with additional posture variations and transitions. Here is where teachers learn to add in new moves and be creative with their teachings with Standing Series.
• Full Primary Series-  This sequence was Larry's first inspiration! This is the full Classical Series as taught by Pattabhi Jois! We do not require our teachers to be fully proficient with all these postures but Rocket Vinyasa Teachers honors our sister system from which we cultivate our personal experience to build accessible Ashtanga Yoga for everyone!
• Full Second Series- This sequence as Larry's inspiration for the Rocket 2 Series! The Classical 2nd series introduces the teacher to the counter balance of back bending, deeper hip openings and nervous system cleanings! Just like a Progressive Primary Series we will be sure to keep all comfortable with learning new postures in the Progressive Secondary Series!
• Hybrid Rocket® 1-  This new Progressive series of Rocket Vinyasa is a 90 min. Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow  that offers more creative freedom to the teacher. Classical Rocket 1 is used as a base to create sequences with more advanced focus.
• Hybrid Rocket ® 2- This new Progressive series of Rocket Vinyasa is a 90 min Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow that offers more creative space to the classical Rocket 2 which is used as a base. Most places have to modify the Rocket 2 for more accessibility, but the hybrid sequences allows the student to dive into more advance variations. The Classical Rocket 2 introduces 3rd,4th, and 5th series postures and transitions with a focus in strengthening the Spine, Shoulders, and Hips all on top of invigorating back bends, spinal twists and inversions. Hybrids allow for more variation to both standing and seated sequences.
• Hybrid Rocket® 3- This new Progressive series of Rocket Vinyasa is often taught on Friday afternoons and offers two classes in one! Adding in variations will bring this class to about 120mins.  Students are given a chance to revisit all the different variations and asana that we do throughout the week! This series is a perfectly balanced sequence of asana with both forward folds and back bends to create counterbalance within one class! 
• Maha Rocket Vinyasa!! (aka~ Barbecue!) - A unique view on the versatility of Rocket Vinyasa practice to tie together all possibilities! A more advanced Rocket® Sequence that is considered a teachers only practice that is unique to teacher trainings and teacher conferences! David is known for evolving the Rocket Vinyasa system to incorporate more options for growth and creativity within our practice and our students!  This series is an expo of all that is possible in the Rocket! "Your stronger than you think you are!"

Practice Techniques:

• Learn the art of  Hand Standing! Level 2 Requires the ability to stand freely without support! We will give daily practice towards endurance and stability in handstands as well as work more advanced options.
• Deep Stretching techniques and workshops to help increase flexibility in the legs, hips, and shoulders.
• Strength Training Dills: Just to get a little stronger! 
• Art of Adjustment in advance asana variations and advanced inversions.

Immersion Formats: Teachers are introduced to three basic formats for Immersions that are used in training of students and level 1 teachers!

• Inversion Immersion- 1-3 Day(5-15 hr): Handstands, Forearm Stands, Headstands
• Introduction to Classical Ashtanga Techniques-1 Day (5 hr) :Tristana and Sun Salutations
• Rocket Practice Immersion- 3 Day (20-30 hr) : Rocket 1, 2, and 3 Sequences with attention o fundamental standing and seated asana.

Mentorship and Support:

• Becoming a  Rocket® Mentor Leadership Program! As your teaching level increase we encourage all Inspired and Level 1 students to have a mentor who is of higher level that they can review and practice with on a regular basis! In person or virtual access means we can have more opportunity to grow with proper leadership! Level 2 Graduates are automatically added to the program!
• Final Group Ceremony with Dinner for Celebration building of future relations!
