The Progressive Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga School offers many routes to becoming a Certified Yoga Teacher with a specific set of skills that will set you apart from of teachers. Training teachers to become proficient in both Traditional aspects of Ashtanga Yoga and the non-traditional awakening of Rocket  Vinyasa.  We have over 500 hours of training in subjects that can keep students aware of their history and become part of the contemporary movement towards consciousnesses and love.
