How to Become a Licensed Rocket Trainer!

All Teachers evolve! Making a decision eventually to either fully immerse themselves into an existing community or create their own community. If being a part of a The Rocket community, which is a large, multinational and diverse community of Teacher Trainers, Teachers, and Students, is of interest to you then read below and send in an application! We ask you to be aware of the requirements to apply, which are stated below! Send request when you have completed all training requirements.
Required Training and Experience
All Rocket Trainers have a solid foundation in specific yoga training courses as well as other Professional Certifications from the wellness industry that are taken in to consideration when you apply.
Applicant should have:
- Minimum of 500 hrs in Rocket Yoga Certification that is centered in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Rocket Vinyasa methods. We support and acknowledge all professional certifications, but internal training is required. Students must also train at least 100 directly with the founder of Rocket Vinyasa, David Kyle.
- Minimum of 5 years teaching specifically Rocket Vinyasa methods. Teachers should ideally have a part-time to full time hours totaling around 2000 hours of leadership in Rocket Vinyasa
- Minimum of 4 trainings as an assistant to a Licensed Rocket Trainer/Mentor. Understanding how to guide the basic fundamental Rocket Vinyasa Training. This is a mentorship where the student is gifted the process of assisting a training to further develop their understanding of Rocket Vinyasa Trainings.
License/Contract Agreements
Upon completion of all requirements applicants may submit training dates and can receive up to a 2 year contract. Contracts can auto-renew, but will always go through a review process to maintain its active states.
Licensed Rocket Trainers can lead up to 100 hrs in "Fundamental" Rocket Vinyasa Training.
As a Licensed Rocket Trainer, exclusivity is not required. Many Licensed trainers have their own schools and may also run trainings in different styles for themselves and other yoga schools as long as all unique Rocket training and teaching methods are not offered.
Our license agreement is for continuity and clarity.
Not all schools support the idea of a yoga school as a registered TM and have been know to violated and degrade the school image and methods with improper training outlines and unapproved materials and/or training methods being conducted by untrained and unauthorized instructors.
Upon approval, all locations where we have our trainings hosted must agree to not use the TM without authorization.
